Moving home is, inevitably, a time of uncertainty. You have a buyer for your house, you have found your “dream home” but, until the magical moment of exchange of contracts, you are at the mercy of so many other people – your mortgage lender, your surveyor, your seller, your buyer, your sellers’ sellers, your buyers’ buyers……and so on! And if the transaction falls through, you can face a nasty bill for wasted costs.

o dealing with all the steps in a conveyancing transaction without delay, so that the all-important exchange can take place as swiftly as possible.
o ensuring that if, for any reason, the sale or purchase does not proceed to an exchange, you will not be asked to pay a penny in legal costs (this does not apply to any search or other fees paid on your behalf).
Sadly, nobody can guarantee a sale or purchase will proceed until contracts are exchanged and here at Wheelers we know it is a stressful time. So, we can guarantee that we will do all we can to make sure your have a successful move or, if that doesn’t happen, guarantee that you won’t then be left facing a bill for wasted work.
