Sticky Mits is a new venture, headed by Kirstan Oliver. Kirstan’s experience in childcare is vast, ranging from Learning Support Assistant in schools to support work with social services. A mother herself, she understands the importance of choosing the right environment for your child and balances that knowledge with her keen interest and experience in education and child care. Kirstan is supported by a deputy manager, nursery nurses and nursery assistants. All are thoroughly police checked by the CRB, and each hold qualifications appropriate to their position, are working towards qualifications or have a wealth of experience. Further training is made available to every member of staff which they are encouraged to partake in.
We are located in Alton, opposite Sainsbury’s, boasting our own car park and garden. Sticky Mits is dedicated to encouraging all children’s development in all areas, offering a wide variety of social, intellectual, physical and emotionally stimulating activities. Every child is offered the opportunity of experiencing all we have to offer and their development is closely recorded by our dedicated team. All children are allocated a key person whose job it is to maintain such records and whose parents are encouraged to approach that person should they wish to discuss their child’s progress, have concerns or share in the development of their child.
