This informal weekly Wednesday morning session runs from 10 - 12am for parents and carers with newborns and non-mobile babies. Pregnant women are also welcome. It is run by National Childbirth Trust volunteers in conjunction with the local health visitors and there is usually a breastfeeding counseller available to talk to to.
