 |  |  | At Village Flowers we take great pride in our weddings, and have always had excellent results and, consequently, delighted brides.
We get lots of letters of appreciation and photographs, which we love to see, some of which are featured here.
We can offer you a more personal approach to organising your wedding flowers, offering private appointments out of shop hours if preferred to discuss your choice of flowers for the church / venue, reception and bridal party.
The choice of flowers, styles, containers for reception flowers etcetera are endless, and it can take some time to talk through your ideas. We don’t believe that this can be effectively achieved in a busy shop environment, so we prefer to work freelance from our own premises.
We can, if required, visit the church or venue with you to look at the best vantage points for your flowers to ensure maximum impact, or simply to show you what could be possible based on our extensive experience. We regularly work at The Grange in Alton, The Alton House Hotel, Audleys Wood, Tilney Hall, Langston House, Avington Park, and The Farnham House Hotel.
We’ll only commit to one large wedding or two small weddings on any given day, so you are guaranteed to have our full attention. As a result of this approach, we do get booked up early, sometimes two years in advance, so if you would like us to design your wedding flowers, please reserve your date as soon as you can.
Our style can be simple, modern, traditional, lavish… it’s your choice. We will always use top quality fresh flowers from our suppliers in Holland and across the globe.
If you have no knowledge of flowers, don’t worry, you are not alone; we will guide you through the decision making process with the help of our design books and extensive portfolio. You will also find us friendly, relaxed and experienced, helping you to enjoy this important stage of your wedding preparations.
To help us prepare for the meeting, you ideally need to have already decided your bridesmaids’ colour and to bring a sample of it if possible; in addition, a picture of the brides dress is always helpful. Please feel free to bring along any pictures of designs you may have found and would like us to consider.
